Let's step back to 1975 with one of the most amazing suspense movies ever filmed.  And, Jaws still holds up! I remember seeing the movie in the theater, in all it's cinematic glory, and swearing I'd never go into the ocean.  Now I can't wait to see a real Jaws.

We've worked with the Alamo Drafthouse Lakeline to reserve a whole theater just for the Austin Aquanauts dive club.  We're limiting the seating to 20 people so that we have room to spread out and do the social distancing thing. 

So, here's the plan.

• Sign up for the dive club event ($10.00) to reserve your spot and to help defray the theater reservation costs.
• Once we receive your reservation, we'll email you a special link where you'll need to buy your Alamo movie tickets ($12.50) for our special reserved event. Please use that link so that you end up with the rest of us.
• When selecting your seats online, please choose your seats a bit spread out from other groups of folks.  Of course, you and folks who come with you, can sit together.
• You will also need to order your food, drinks, and snacks online at the same time you buy your tickets.  This is your only chance to order food for the event.  This minimizes the wait staff interactions.  Though, you can get refills on drinks (that are eligible for free refills) while you're there.
• The dive club has an overall minimum food purchase amount.  So, it would be great if everyone would buy a little something. 
• When you arrive, the staff will take your temperature at the door and ensure that you are wearing your mask.  Please wear the mask while in the theater, except when you're eating and drinking of course. 
• The staff will bring the food and drinks that you ordered online to your ticketed seat location; so, no seat swapping <grin>. 

Please join us for the timeless classic Jaws on the big screen.  This is going to be great!
